I had thought it was normal to be calling a tech every couple of weeks for help, but now I go months and months at a time without needing help. On the couple of occasions that I did need to contact the company, they responded quickly and got me back up and running right away. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for office equipment solutions.

No business can last having their multi functioning printing device down; they have a great predictive maintenance service the greatly reduces any chance of down time. I highly recommend businesses calling CIP for the printing / copier needs.

They also continue to support me long after the sale with training and maintenance. They have great people and their office space with all the antiques is super interesting - take a tour!
