  If you are looking for a good location and price in downtown area, I recommend this hotel. The lobby was under construction so when I first stepped in the reception it was a bit chaotic but it is understandable since they are renovating. Room was good and comfortable beds. The shower is amazing!

  We stayed here on New year's eve. The entire lobby was under renovation, which we were not warned about upon booking. That being said, they upgraded us to a preferred suite and the room was lovely. The view was beautiful, room was cozy and the bed was comfortable. The location of this hotel is very convenient, as it only took us a few minutes to walk to 17 Ave. We loved walking the main "strip"while we enjoyed the twinkling Christmas lights, popping in and out of the neat pubs and restaurants.

  I had a great experience staying here. Hotel is under construction but I wasn't affected in the least. Polite and fast check in. My room had a Amazing view! Great location. Close to 17th ave and a ton of amazing restaurants and pubs! I would highly recommend and will be back to stay here next time I'm in Calgary

  The hotel was undergoing renovations during my stay which was not an issue. The room was a good size with a typical mini kitchenette. The bed and bathroom were above average. The location and accessibility are great as is the parking - both above and below ground. The above ground parking was adequate for my 1-ton long box pickup, had more stalls than I'd expected (didn't count, maybe 30 stalls?) and 8' clearance. Plenty of options for restaurants and a Safeway within a 3 minute walk. I would stay again.

  Staff were excellent and very accommodating. Facilities were clean and comfortable. We unfortunately were staying during renovations and that created a slight inconvenience. Would have been a five star visit if not for the noise related to the renovations
