  I was rear-ended twice in October and had been going to physio for about 3 months total. Blaire and staff were always cheerful and had a positive outlook on my recovery. I have helpful stretches and work outs I can use at home to maintain my results.
  
  They offer physio & massage and it was great utilizing both. I used needling, ultrasound, and other tools along side exercises which sped up my recovery.
  
  Can't say enough about how much they have helped me, highly recommend checking them out if you are in any kind of pain.

  After I had a work related injury, tendentious (Tenis Elbow), I required physiotherapy. I was originally sent to Lifemark for the initial evaluation and diagnosis. However after two months of repetitive calls and no return information on the results of the ultrasound that the doctor ordered, I was forced to contact WCB and aquire the results through my family doctor. Having left a bad taste for Lifemark's poor organization, I asked WCB for alternative physiotherapy clinics. Nose Creek was one of the WCB approved clinics on the list I received. After a little research I decided to give them a try and am I ever glad I did. From the moment I walked in the door the staff were friendly and welcoming. I was assigned Miss Grace Kary as my therapist. Due to the issues with Lifemark she did not have access to my ultrasound results. This however did not stop her from being able to begin therapy immediately. After a short conversation about where the pain stems from and how the injury happened, she was able to identify what the issue was. When I started physio simple tasks, like opening a door, would cause a sharp discomfort that could last for minutes. Now after approximately 10 weeks of physio I have no pain even after strenuous activity, or lifting 40+ pounds. I highly recommended Nose Creek Physiotherapy for anybody whom may require physiotherapy services.

  Shelby is amazing and the had a great bedside manner. She knows what she is doing and comes up with multiple ways to fix your problem. I would definitely recommend her if you are looking for a physiotherapist.

  Staff really friendly. My therapist Kris was very good. He listened to me closely and prescribed appropriate exercises for me to do. I had an excellent experience all around. I would recommend Kris to anyone needing physical therapy. Jo Ferguson

  I've seen Blake for physiotherapy on two separate occasions for my neck and knees. I live an active lifestyle and was concerned that I wouldn't be able to keep up my regular activities, but Blake had me up and running (literally!) in no time. Blake and the whole team (including the amazing reception staff) are fantastic: so caring, responsive, knowledgeable and dare I say it, fun. They always go well beyond my expectations and I always leave smiling. They really want to see you at your best. I would 110% recommend Blake and the whole Nose Creek team.
