I never even had to set foot into the store!! When my oven died in the middle of baking cookies on December 20th, I got on chat on Trail’s website and was connected with Kim at the Crowfoot location. I was desperate because I was hosting my family from out of town for Christmas this year and now had no way to cook the turkey. Well, Kim must have a direct line to Santa and his elves because I’m getting the stove I want delivered on December 23rd, in plenty of time to finish baking my cookies and to get Tommy Turkey stuffed and cooked! We dealt with Trail years ago because our renovator told us we had to but from now on we’ll deal with Trail because they’re just awesome!! Thanks for pulling off a Christmas miracle and saving our family’s Christmas dinner!!!
Beautiful new store, great service provided by Mike O'hearn, got me the right product at the right price. I will definitely be back when I decide to upgrade my other appliances.
We had a wonderful experience with Levi and the rest of the team at Trail Appliances in Crowfoot. Levi was happy to meet with us right before they closed, and didn’t rush us at all. He was very knowledgeable and recommended a great washer and dryer. He’s very friendly and has stayed in touch along the way to find out how the install went and how the machines are doing. The delivery, removal and installation process could not have gone smoother. I will definitely go back when I need any new appliances!
Nancy at Trail Appliance in Crowfoot is a total professional! My fridge died suddenly, and Nancy arranged for next day delivery on a great new samsung fridge. The delivery team were totally awesome and took away the old fridge. I can't recommend Trail Appliances enough. A great local business that takes care of you!
