  I have been a gm guy my whole life, however I've been wanting to check out the new for super duty from ford. If the truck wasn't enough to sell me on a ford, the North Star Ford experience was. From the no pressure sales, to the amazing customer service, the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Hi highly recommend this dealership, you wont be disappointed.

  Excellent check-in time this morning. Love the renovations to the service department. Everything was already filled out when I arrived and all I had to do was drop and go. Work was completed to address a recall on the door latches. Truck was ready on schedule in the afternoon. Oh, and complimentary train tickets too!

  Great team all around! Got exactly the car I needed at a good price in an efficient, timely and professional manner. I like their no pressure approach, felt respected and valued throughout the process. They have certainly earned my business.

  Decent service. Went in for my first oil change on my New 2018 Ford Escape this past Saturday. The wonderful lady I dealt with did everything I expected service wise.
  
  Only downside and I understand it's not a huge issue but would have been so nice considering I was with Nissan for 4 years and I never went a visit without my vehicle being washed.
  
  I'm fairly disappointed that North Star Ford does not offer a car wash with service... It's not a necessity but is such a nice perk having a brand new car feel new and freshly serviced with a wash! Especially considering how much we pay for said service.
  
  Other than that everything went as expected - Do they go above and beyond? No but the job paid for was done.
  
  To be clear this was not a service tech issue - more so North Star Ford themselves do not allow the service techs from my knowledge to wash vehicles after a service... It's a total bummer.
  
  Edited my review as if i give 5 stars NSF thinks they don't actually have to read the review; if they had the first time they'd know I wasn't completely satisfied with my service.

  The service technician was awesome. He pointed out to me that my registration was due for renewal. That saved me some fine. I wish I got his name. He was so friendly and smiling all the time. Cassandra Walker is another smiling and friendly staff you would want to see all the time. Excellent customer service from her.
  The shuttle driver is excellent too. That's it.
  
  But the lady that was on the computer on my last visit (first desk from entrance) needs more customer service training...gave me a stupid fake smile when I was leaving ....cos of this review, I guess. She wasn't anything friendly....
  
  Overall, the environment doesn't feel very 'all-inclusively' welcoming to me. I am actually wondering if another Ford dealer can take over the servicing of my truck. This place doesn't seem to be for people like me. Just saying.
