They've opened up a wall for us - and arranged the structural engineer - and put in new floors in our former townhome when we had a water leak from the second floor to basement. Ooftah.
When we purchased our current home, they were the first call as we had tonnes to update. 4 bathrooms totally overhauled, a skylight, and a back yard deck and kitchen renovation in planning stages later and they've always been at our side. It's a great working relationship as we get to know them better - and they us - as we work through more and more projects. I trust them.
As things come up, they will always answer my calls and help come up with solutions. They make things right when hiccups arise - nature of the renovation beast - and triple check I'm satisfied.
And, they respect my home while working. As a meticulous person, it's a relief that they care enough to take off their shoes, ask permission, and protect our space as if it was their own. -

Our home was featured in Avenue Magazine thanks to the detailed finishing. Would definitely hire them again!
