(December 15, 2018, 1:29 am)Head's has an actual retail storefront unlike the "mobile only" outfits (some of which seem to have fake and/or multiple addresses). Therefore if the situation allows you can attend at the store. Needed a lock repaired and Head's did it on walk-in basis in about 10 minutes for a very fair price.

(September 14, 2018, 10:32 pm)Re-keyed my lock exactly as I needed. Service was good, fast and friendly. I noticed on one of the business cards that Heads Lock & Key has been in business in Calgary since 1911. This is pretty unusual in Calgary and speaks to their quality. I will be back when I need lock or key work in their part of town.
