Jean Diestro was the only realtor who didn't laugh at my low ball offer and let me offer 60k below selling price. Every other realtor said I am playing games... The offer was rejected obviously but I got my dream home after putting in 3 offers. She is very smart and respects her clients. She will get you the best deal and wont pressure you.
