Having dealt with other kitchen cabinet supply stores, we were initially disappointed in the selection available for some of the options(such as hardware). Luckily, our designer was open to new ideas and was really great in helping us come up with solutions within our budget! We also appreciated their patience and flexibility as we had to work around schedules and a baby. We've just ordered the cabinets but so far so good.
UPDATE: the installation went smoothly and the few troubles we did encounter they fixed right away and done right. All in all very happy with our end product. The only constructive feedback I have is that their hardware for the self closing drawers is a little weak if you have super heavy pots (mine are quite heavy). And it's not that they don't work, it's that they occasionally won't close the last half inch or so - Still very happy with our overall design.
