  There’s just simply no one better at his craft than Jordan is at real estate. Jordan knows all of the “in’s and out’s” of the market – condo special assessments, resale ability, house/condo history, understanding of local and community markets, and much more.
  
  I’ve been looking to buy a house (off and on) in Calgary for 3 years, and I changed my mind about what I wanted about 4 times. Jordan was extremely patient with me, I never felt pressured at all. Jordan has incredible attention to detail, he pointed out numerous items I never would have noticed – future plans for nearby buildings which would block the view, foundation issues, parking problems, poor interior lay outs, and more.
  
  My previous experience with other realtors in other cities was extremely disappointing, and it wasn’t until I worked with Jordan that I realized just how much I had been missing. Jordan negotiation skills are simply stellar, he kept going and didn’t quit until I got what I wanted for the price I wanted. Jordan is a self-motivated problem solver, he works with integrity, honesty and tenacity. Jordan made an enormously stressful challenge (buying my perfect house), fun, educational and stress free. I would recommend Jordan to anyone and everyone looking to buy or sell their home.

  Jordan met with us right near our home and we discussed the possibility of building but also buying in our preferred areas in the Southeast. After about an hour we were feeling really confident that we had someone on our side that understood what we were looking for.
  
  We arranged to spend the afternoon of January 8th looking at homes but we also asked Jordan to come to one of the showhomes with us to get his opinion on a particular lot we were interested in as well as some design ideas. Skipping ahead to the showhome - we checked in at Cedarglen in Seton and we had a particular lot in mind so Jordan drove us over to the lot and we were surprised to see how much smaller the lot was than we imagined and what we were sold on. Had we built there by the time the home was completed we would have been severely disappointed in the actual size of the lot. One thing we didn't consider is that we would be building a front double garage home but on this particular lot we would be facing laned homes. Jordan also made a point to see what type of view we would have and determine if we would be affected by road noise from Stony or have any obstructions built in the future. There were so many things he recommended that we didn't even consider that could have negatively affected our standard of living had we decided to build on this lot.
  
  On this day Jordan set up approximately 8 homes for us to look at. He really had a good idea of what we wanted, pretty much every home ticked the right boxes but there was only one of that day that we thought to put an offer on. The home had a couple quirks but Jordan was quick on his feet in suggesting changes or additions to make this home feel more custom to who we are. It was surprising and refreshing having only spent a couple hours with him that he had such a grasp of who we were as people and what type of things we would be interested in in a home.
  
  This particular home was a spec home built by Hopewell, we were hoping to get a really nice price on it but after tons of back and forth with the builder they were non cooperative. To close the pricing gap Jordan offered to give up the $3000 realtor incentive so that we could get the home for a price closer to what we were comfortable paying.
  
  Over the coming days Jordan spent tons of time going back and forth with the builder, trying to get us additional inclusions, upgraded appliances etc but Hopewell was very stern in the negotiations. We were almost ready to make the deal because both my wife and I were going to be out of the country the 15th-21st and we were concerned about having a place to live. Jordan suggested we meet again on the weekend (13th January) to look at a couple more properties.
  
  The last home we looked at became the home we purchased and we were in awe. This home had pretty much everything we wanted, Double Garage, Quiet Area, New Home, Large South Facing backyard, Huge Bonus room upstairs, big basement etc etc. The only things we did not enjoy were cosmetic and by preference otherwise this home had everything.
  
  All said and done Jordan got us an agreement lower than what we expected on January 14th for a possession on January 31st.
  
  Throughout everything the constant feeling was that no matter what Jordan had hour back. He responded to messages almost instantaneously at any time of the day. He was available to talk on the phone if I had questions or concerns, he gave appropriate advice on hypothetical scenarios and really entertained my non diagnosed neurosis. . Jordan also came for our New Home walkthrough as a courtesy and helped point out deficiencies and explain the homes operation in detail.
  
  It was incredibly impressive that someone as successful as Jordan in his industry can still treat every client like the post important client he has.
  
  I wouldn't hesitate to use Jordan again and recommend him to anyone else. - I have contacted him after sales several times for recommendations on home security, furniture and otherwise and he has been quick to respond and provide suggestions and input.

  Jordan is very good at his job. My girlfriend and I purchased our first home with Jordan and our experience was great. We felt very comfortable with Jordan, and he always gave us his honest opinion. He made the home buying experience very personable and we always felt like we were his only client. Jordan is a master of his craft and I recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

  Jordan was our listing Realtor for our old home and helped us get our new home. He is an absolute pleasure to work with. For listings, he has many creative marketing ideas and provides great decor ideas to ensure the house is shown as well as it can be. On the buying side, he is a great negotiator and understands his client's needs very well. Since he's been a Realtor for so long, he understands Calgary and all the various areas better than other agents. I recommend Jordan to anyone.

  I can not say enough about how incredible Jordan was. His eye for detail commitment and dedication were what sold my property. I can say with 100% confidence that without Jordan's guidance I would not have sold my property. When the market conditions are not favourable you need someone like Jordan who will go the extra mile or be able to give you that extra something that will sell your house. I can say with sincerity that Jordan took care of my property as if it was his own and no detail was overlooked.
