Gurmeet went above and beyond to find the best price and quality for our family. The store is inviting well presented and customer service at its finest. I would give this store a five star rating. Thank you, we will be back in the future.
We came into the brick today for a new mattress and Cameron was right there to help us out. He took into consideration our budget and wants and showed us various options that would fit. He was also quite hilarious!! Highly suggest shopping here! Thanks again for the great deal!!!
Cameron was a great salesman and helped us with our budget and needs on our new furniture. I highly recommend him and the brick. Was very approachable and not pushy. We would certainly come back and buy from him again.
I had a really good shopping experience! Cameron and the manager were awesome! Cameron did everything he could for me and he was very helpful and new his stuff. I would defiantly go back to the brick.
Customer service is good and even though some issues did come up we were able to work with the people in store easily enough. They also honored their deal to give us lower prices if the items we purchased were marked down during boxing day, so that was awesome. Furniture we got is still new, so we haven't used any of the warranties yet.
Can be a bit disorganized but if you're patient everything tends to work itself out in a positive way. Delivery gets the job done, but are obviously more concerned with getting in and out fast rather than properly getting things together (having things leveled properly, giving customer time to review the product for issues noticed right away etc.).
