Nose Creek Regional Park

Glad to be back walking at the park for Spring. Only a couple of ice patches today. Lookingbforward to lots of walks here.

Beautiful place to have a peaceful walk.

Festival of lights is fantastic. It was -12oC and all the activities (except the train and a couple fires) were cancelled. It didn't matter much, as the lights were still wonderful to look at. Parking was slightly confusing, but I don't think most people had any problems.

If it's your first time and you have little kids this is an easy win. Very exciting, a cool train ride, and lots of lights. But every year is exactly the same. So it gets boring quick for the kids.

I love this park. Great for the kids. Nice pathways around the pond. The last couple visits have been to the fenced dog park. Although the grass is a little rough, it is fairly clean, bags are available and the people there have all been super friendly. A wonderful little spot to meet people and get the dogs out for some exercise.
