(July 15, 2019, 11:11 pm)Imagine a place where all the staff were competent, polite, and went out of their way to treat you like family. Well, this is exactly how I was treated by Rafael and his amazing team at Lifemark Willow Brook. I came in broken and hopeless and left with confidence and regained the use of my dominant arm after major shoulder surgery. Rafael was my attending physiotherapist, but it felt like almost everyone helped me out at some point. It was unreal the support and attention I received! Just wanted to say thank you to everyone! I am better now, but will continue to progress even further because of you all!

(July 13, 2019, 11:14 pm)After a sports related injury, Rafael Ramos quickly got to work on helping me understand how to begin the healing process using a wide variety of exercises suited towards my sport. All staff members were incredibly kind and helpful, would recommend Lifemark Willow Brook.

(July 11, 2019, 7:25 pm)I had an incredibly positive experience with Rafael. He was very knowledgeable regarding all concerns that I brought up to him and he made going to physio pretty fun. The facility is very clean and all staff members were friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend Lifemark Willow Brook to anyone.

I came in with lower back pain (an injury from work), Rafael Ramos found the source of my problem and explained everything very clearly.
I stuck with all the exercises he showed me and with persistence they paid off.
Today was the last treatment session and I feel great.
I plan on implementing everything i was taught to stay well.

(May 24, 2019, 7:52 pm)I’m writing this review feeling truly healed. My physiotherapist Nashida was always friendly and provided intelligent solutions to my injuries. The entire staff is very welcoming and easy going. I am thankful to them for my rehabilitation. Thanks to all there, I am well now.
