The front desk staff are always greeting you with their smiles and keep us updated when there are events or contests going on. I love the steam room and massage chairs for some after workout tlc. I cannot forget the amazing ladies at JUMP...they are absolute angels!

I’ve been training with a Sean since February 2019 and have seen some amazing changes in my body, energy, attitude and outlook. I was a certified couch potato and am now a “gym rat”! I love the facility. The equipment is great and the staff very welcoming. If you are even thinking about starting to exercise, go see the team at GoodLife in Airdrie. You will never regret it!

This kind of customer service make GoodLife ATM the only place I will workout and look forward to every morning.

(February 17, 2019, 3:23 am)The best gym I’ve ever been too compared to the ones in Calgary. The staff is amazing, friendly and very approachable. The management team definitely changed it around. The change rooms, showers and steam room are always so clean. Lots of equipment. The classes are so much fun. Seriously feels like a home away from home.
I’ve had a personal trainer, Emma at this gym for over a year now and she has definitely helped me through my fitness journey — physically and mentally. Not only does it feel like I achieved MY fitness goal but it feels like we both did it together!
I’ve also taken my siblings for teen fitness over the summer and they love this gym because of the people here.
