(December 30, 2020, 5:55 pm)Exceptional customer service!! We have purchased all of our appliances through Furniture Villa. The prices are great, they deliver, install and remove the old appliance. They have gone above and beyond for us.
When our deep freeze quit on a long weekend they made sure we got a new one, after hours, so we didn’t lose all of our frozen food. -

And the reason I keep going back is the service from ALL the staff. Sure, the prices are as good or better than any store in Calgary and that is important. They carry the top brand names and have a decent amount of stock. All of this with expert advice and a friendly manner gives me the confidence to recommend Furniture Villa to all my customers looking for appliances.

In our 37 years of marriage we have purchased all our furniture and appliances through them and have never been disappointed. Our latest purchase was a table and chair set and we love it!! The staff are always so friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. We have also recommended Furniture Villa to some of our family members that live in Calgary and they too have become customers of Furniture Villa. Without hesitation, she immediately offered a lower price than their competitor. No haggling required. She was extra helpful when it came time to choosing an appropriate fabric for my home. Highly recommend this location.
