(February 27, 2017, 6:49 pm)We booked a trip to Cuba this coming April through Carol-Ann and was very quick, easy and professional to do! There was a small mistake in our documents where she had to call WestJet and fix it but mistakes happen and I understand that. She done this very fast and even got our seat selection done for us and another family that was travelling with us to compensate for the minor mistake! I will definitely say I will book my trips here from now on :) Thanks again Carol-Ann!
