Dr. Young is amazing and this clinic does same day appointments if needed. Highly recommend.
Head nurse was very rude over their own mistake and blamed it all on me calling a child in the process might be looking for a new doctor after this experience unless somthing is done about that short woman with short grey hair. Rude rude rude. Next time let the patient talk more so when I have to miss a whole days worth of work cause of their mess up.
Keeping my comment Dr. Young has handled this and I have changed from a 1 star to a 3. It would be a 5 without this inconvenience by the nurse and who ever is in charge of faxing. The nurse also lied to me saying my form was not filled till this morinng at 9:30PM the Dr told me it was done the day before, before noon when he left. Great doctors some good nurses one really bad nurse.
