I also had no idea that there was a difference betweeen corporate owned stores (south common, Edmonton) and independently franchised ones like this one. What a difference! We will NEVER go to any other brick store. They were able to do for us what no corporate brick store would have been able to.
The last thing we wanted was a salesperson hovering around while we looked and feeling “claimed” as a potential sale; that’s how we felt in south common. I can’t say enough about our positive experience here.
If you’re weary of dealing with sales people like we were, please ask for Paul. Top notch service. -
