We had a very positive experience here today! Tim was very helpful over the phone, and again when we showed up in person... I was nervous we might be sold something we didn't need, but he inspected the condition of our tires and told me that they were actually in really good shape. I was very relieved to hear this!!! Tim and his team switched out our blown spare in a timely manner and we were happily on our way! Some of the best customer service I've received in a long time! So much so, that I actually sat down and took the time to write this review... :)

Excellent service, don't charge you extra for anything. Did extra work without charge several times. Always fast too.

Went in with a slow leak in my tire. Turned out to be an issue with the sidewall. Even though I was not the original owner of the tires, this location went above and beyond to make sure I quickly had a great set of tires at a very reasonable price and even received part of it as warranty because they were purchased and installed there. We were there for a couple hours and watched the interaction between the counter staff, the service people and the customers and I have to say it was some of the best customer service I have ever seen anywhere.
