(March 18, 2019, 7:14 pm)I LOVED the adult Full Body Fit class it was a great workout and the instructor was very good (Megan I believe)!
I enjoyed myself and would definitely consider coming again.
I like the idea of a passcard idea that I can pick and choose when I can or want to come.
There was another lady in the class who I knew, she also spoke highly of her experience at the studio, so that's always a good sign. I refer anyone to come and try a class, in particular a former dancer I think would really enjoy being in a studio again... But all skill levels could enjoy!
Thanks so much for letting me try the studio! It was an awesome experience ???? I'll be back! -

(October 17, 2018, 4:02 am)Highly recommend! From a complete non-dancer, finding the studio has changed my entire fitness routine. The classes are exceptionally high quality, high-energy, and unlike anything I’ve tried before. Drea and her instructors make you feel extremely welcome and the studio has a really great vibe! This will be my new studio of choice

(October 16, 2018, 3:50 pm)These fitness classes are unique and amazing - there's nothing else quite like them in Edmonton and around. And they are HARD. After a Drea Lee workout, I feel amazing. Also, as a user of OT targeted heart-rate zone fitness, the Drea Lee workouts always hit that ideal balance of fat-burn and performance.

(March 8, 2018, 12:28 am)Great instructors and an extremely welcoming environment. Unlike most private/smaller fitness studios and gyms, this is an extremely welcoming and not cliquey place! Convenient location with plenty of parking...classes offered at different times each day to accommodate all! Instructors always enthusiastic, offer advice when needed, and push when needed! Highly recommended!
