  I recently completed the CrossFit 101 sessions (not sure if it's still offered though) with one of their trainers, Pearce, and had a very positive experience! Everyone was welcoming and friendly, and there was a strong sense of community.

  Good space and great owners. I have never worked out here but the event we used there space for was great.

  Great gym, coaches, members and WOD's! The WOD's are a great workout and the coaches will give modifications to fit every fitness level. The programming really works, I've been coming consistently and am lifting heavier and doing things I never imagined I could. Workouts are one hour and this is the one hour I look forward to most in my day. Great environment and everyone is welcoming and encouraging.

  Love Crossfit SP. Glenn and Shannon run a fun and rewarding gym. Love the comraderie and the support. Not in town as often as I would like to visit but I highly recommend this gym for anyone looking to reach their fitness goals!
