  Fantastic place, great customer service!
  This dealership was top notch! Andrew went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the vehicle I was most comfortable with. He gave me suggestions and his advice. After I decided on a vehicle the process was absolutely painless. So quick and professional. I felt like family by the end of the whole process! I would recommend Andrew Farala to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle.

  I have always experienced exceptional service at Sherwood park Volkswagen, my latest visit was no exception. Peter was friendly, personable, and dedicated his time to me. Finance was also wonderful. Denise was knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions. Thanks to everyone who helped make this a great car buying experience for me.

  I was looking for the perfect vehicle for a couple months and luckily found Winston over at Sherwood Park Volkswagen. He was very professional and took the time to find out what we truly value in a vehicle. Raoul the sales manager was an absolute pleasure to deal with. We got an amazing deal and could not be happier with both the service and professionalism we received. Denise in finance was also great to deal with. She took the time to explain everything in detail and made our whole experience one that we will never forget. Thank you to Moe as well. He made sure we had a wonderful experience. Big thanks to Sherwood Park Volkswagen and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle.

  Sherwood Park Volkswagen was a great buying experience for me. I came in with my wife to look at a used vehicle and we were greeted by Aidan who was very helpful in identifying what things were important to us. He then showed us the stock that matched our criteria and arranged a test drive in one very quickly. The car was clean and in “like new” condition. He even patiently helped me link the car’s stereo to my phone so I could test out the Bluetooth!
  We came back after lunch and tested out one more vehicle in a different colour which we ended up agreeing to purchase. Everything went well throughout and I never felt pressured to make a decision. A few days later I came in to pick up my new (well new to me) car and it looked even better than I remembered. I was pleasantly surprised to see Aidan was working there again and he helped us make that process easy and smooth as well. When it came time to sign off on the purchase I was again pleasantly surprised to find the dealership was not pressuring me to buy the extended warranty. They just mentioned it and let me decide. Buying a used car can be a difficulty and anxious prospect but it really couldn’t have been easier than the experience I had at Sherwood Volkswagen. Thanks for your help, Aidan.
