  Had a burnt out motor on my vaccum. Called and talked to Guy. Told him it was a Kenmore. He knew what brand of motor was in it right away. He had the motor in stock. It was 6:30 at night and he was ok with me picking it up that night. When I got there we talked about my vaccum. He knew that one of the gaskets had moved, how the motor was secured and what the vaccum casing was made of. Great service and knowledgable. Would recommend.

  I gave Sherwood Central Vac (formerly AstroVac) a 5-star rating because Guy was professional, informative, and very reasonably priced. After taking possession of our home in Sherwood Park, I noticed little-to-no suction from one of the outlets. Guy was able to diagnose and resolve the problem very quickly. I also needed to purchase a new wand and hardwood floor attachment. He showed me other products that I may be interested in and even let me test it out before purchasing. He wasn't pushy at all, and just wanted me to know about a few other products that were on the market. I would highly recommend this company, and will call them back if I ever have troubles again.
