I'm not even a vegetarian but I'd consider switching if I could make food this good. Super fresh and healthy. Generous portions. My favorite so far has been their "BLT".

Great store, I liked the layout. I appreciate finding produce and other items that are Canadian and Albertan.

I went during lunch rush and saw that they were doing many orders for Skip the Dishes. I recognize the need to have those orders completed.. however having said this, it took a full 20 minutes before my order for a single item was ready (only two guests were before me). While I was waiting, a member of the prep staff went to visit with a guest/friend at a table for at least ten minutes during the lunch rush. I'm not sure I'll return during peak hours.

Another great vegan option in St. Albert/Edmonton, recommend checking it out. Friendly service and great food!

I can't remember what we ordered, I will update my post/pictures when I get a chance to review the menu.

The food is always fresh and delicious. I can't wait to go back!
