  Second time in and again the staff were helpful and polite and spoke to us as we came in the door. The branch was quite with only 2 or 3 customers but they where all being helped 40 minutes to close unlike my other bank. The manager popped out to talk to us when it was 2 minutes after 4 and our advisor was finishing a conference call. We had an appointment with an advisor Grace who was very pleasant and walked us through all of our banking. She would answer questions before we could ask them and kept a chill conversation as she wized away on her keyboard. She was very knowledgeable and offered to get answers to the 2 irrelevant questions I had. This attitude of getting answers and listening to customers has been lacking in my current bank in the last few years and was very refreshing. I suggest you stop in and see this branch for yourself as it deserves a higher ranking for my experience.
