(December 1, 2019, 9:28 pm)I purchased my very first coach purse thinking it would last me several years.....What a fool I was to think that. After a year and a half my purse started falling apart so I went into their West Edmonton Mall location to see what they could do for me, thinking they may stand behind their “high end” product. Their Response was unauthentic and wanted to charge me almost $100 to repair. Evident they could care less about their customer or experience, or reputation .... it’s all about the initial sale at the till. Extremely poor customer service.
I then decided go to Albert Shoe Re-Nu in the St. Albert mall and the guy there told me the purse straps are plastic and not even leather!!! Are you kidding me?? Goes to show what you’re actually buying from coach. Nothing but the brand name made out of cheap supplies.
Shoe Re- nu was able to fix my purse with REAL LEATHER for $50.00.
Anyone looking to fix their poor quality coach purse with real leather, go see this company. They did a fantastic job. -

(August 1, 2019, 12:58 am)Excellent workmanship at a reasonable price and my sandal strap was repaired while I waited. Received great advice regarding a Samsonite laptop bag on which on strap let go. We decided it was well worth repairing. I might add that the service was pleasant and courteous . I have lived in the area for 30 years and have always been satisfied with the various repairs I have had done at St. Albert Shoe Re-Nu.
