(July 21, 2020, 3:57 pm)If you are looking for friendly service and knowledgeable staff, I highly recommend visiting the Source in Sherwood Park Mall! We originally came in and talked to Parth about bringing our phones to a new plan since our phones were only a year old. He gave us a few different options and didn't pressure us to make a decision right away which we appreciated. We thought about it for a few days, came back and Birpal and Kimberley helped us. I was impressed by the staff's communication with one another since Parth had told Kimberley about us and she was familiar with our previous conversation with Parth. We ended up saving money in the long run by getting brand new phones and a plan that worked best for us. Birpal and Kimberley made the switch so easy for us that we didn't even have to go to our previous provider to cancel. All three of these staff members greeted us with warm smiles and were very knowledgeable about all the different plan options. They were patient and kind with us as we took time in store to make our decision as well. My husband and I are so happy we made the switch and look forward to returning to this store in the future!
