(November 1, 2019, 12:48 am)I absolutely love this studio! I’ve done all kinds of fitness classes in my life, and I can’t believe how much I love barre and pound classes. Tracey is the best fitness instructor I’ve ever had - her barre classes are difficult and they work!! Super motivating and the music is awesome. The clients are all so friendly and the studio is beautiful as well, always very clean!

(April 19, 2019, 1:23 pm)Ownee and instructor Traci is welcoming and continually adds new challenges and moves to the different classes. Pound is the most fun cardio fitness class in YEG - love love the class!
