  D K FORD dealership is hands down the best car dealership I have ever been too. KEN J is an absolute awesome salesman, literally felt like we were old friends from the beginning. Zero pressure no cheesy sales tactics, just pure simple honest customer service.
  I had been car shopping in the city for over a week , looking through websites test driving vehicles at various dealerships, but nothing felt like a good fit MAINLY because the lack of customer service at the other dealerships.
  When we came across DK in Leduc they had a few vehicles that sparked our interest so we decided to drive out. We were not disappointed, we were greeted by Ken and he took the time to sit and talk and actually show me the vehicle everything, how it worked and what not. Sounds simple right? Ken was the ONLY salesperson out of the dozen I had met that week to actually go over and show us EVERYTHING! Simple customer service goes a long way, and I drove off with a vehicle I love today and I will recommend everyone I know to visit DK FORD. Also I want to give a shout out to Brandon in finance, great guy!
  We feel real positive about our purchase and couldn’t be happier!

  D.K. Ford was great to deal with again. Got me into exactly what I wanted for a new truck. Sales and finance department were awesome very quick and good service. Thanks I’ll see ya again on the next purchase.

  I had a very good experience in buying my new vehicle at this location. They were very professional and listened to what I wanted and then sat down with me and offered all the no pressure options to me.
  Never once did they try to sell me something I didn’t want and also gave me various options on what I was looking for and what was the best suitable.
  I would have no issue with purchasing here again and would easily recommend this dealer to anyone.

  Darren in service was very helpful this morning in regard to figuring out some specs on my truck, even though I wasn't a previous customer. Something that can't always be said for most dealers. Nice people.

  I just drove off the lot of DK Ford in my dream car! I can’t thank the sales team enough for working so hard to find the perfect vehicle for me! The finance department was so professional and took care of all the paperwork accurately and efficiently. I also would like to extend a big thank you to the service dept and the clean up crew for making my used car look like it is brand new!! Great job DK Ford! You will never find a better car dealership, they take pride in their jobs and it shows!!!
