We had a puppy with us so the dog run outside was a bonus.
It's super close to the brand new outlet mall.
I loved the chocolate chip pancakes at the breakfast.
Room was also spacious and comfy. -

(June 9, 2019, 12:50 am)First let me say that the perks about this hotel were that they have a dog run outside for pet owners which I really appreciated (even though I didnt bring a pet), and the attached Ricky's Grill restaurant was good food and super convienant.
On the other hand, I was disappointed with the fact that the pool never had clean towels on hand (no matter what time of day we went, morning afternoon or evening), the beds and especially the pillows were entirely uncomfortable, and when I called to ask for another blanket they had "run out". There was constantly unsupervised pre-teens carousing the halls any given time of day, the staff could be unfriendly at times, and even though at pre-booking I requested a ground room floor to accommodate my sons wheelchair, once I got there I was denied on the grounds of "no rooms available" -

(May 3, 2019, 5:26 pm)Good hotel, nice they have breakfast starting at 4:00 for those with an early flight and a good stay and park package. Only issue was we could not get the air conditioner going but at least the room had a window that could open.

(March 26, 2019, 5:11 am)Easy Check in and check out. Nice king suite room. Free breakfast. Can park up to 2 weeks for a fee that is less than half of what the car parks offer. Worth the price.
