Went to him with badly made dentures, the bottom plate had never been useable. He took measurements (never knew that was done from previous place) and was very precise... the previous set was incorrect in almost every way. He explained everything he was doing and told me what to expect during each step. He is very pleasant and I looked forward to each appointment rather than dread going in. Staff are always smiling and helpful. So good to go to a place where work ethics still exist.
I now have a beautiful, complete and comfortable smile I am proud to show off.
