They have a nice lobby/waiting area and the staff are very friendly, but the quote we received was a lot higher than the other places we received quotes by approximately $500!
I've brought my car in for service to Burton's twice. I chose this place the first time simply for personal convenience: close to home, affordable, and they could get my car in right away. The service at that time was satisfactory and professional. After a recent motor vehicle accident, I brought my car back to Burton's, remembering the positive experience a few years prior. The service was excellent. They are very organized in how they deal with insurance companies; and their partnership with Discount Car Rentals was seamless as well. The administrative staff at the front is cheerful and professional (there is also the sweetest dog!). The shop was thorough in its repairs, taking the time to answer my questions as well. My car was in the shop for 5 days given the amount of damage. I was given a Starbucks gift card as a token of thanks, and my car was returned to me shinier than I think I've ever seen it since its purchase, with a complimentary bottle of water inside. I would definitely return here for auto body service again.
Thanks to Lenny at Burtons Auto Body for he and his staff did a magnificent job in repairing our Audi.
Our vehicle was repaired properly and retuned to us in the best clean condition since buying it new.
Our experience was 1st class and I trust that those in need of an honest and caring repair facility, choose to call them as they are fine people that truly do great work.

This place is amazing. Super friendly and caring. Process was easy. Car was cleaned nicely and they cleaned the interior too?! Breh they even gave me a Starbucks gift card and a free plastic bottle of water. Siiiiiick. Shoutouts to Al and Shelly though. I feel them lookin out for me. ☺️
