  Where do I begin... incredible dealer. Walked in, was greeted by Richard who immediately helped me with the Aprilia I wanted. After a short brief discussion he got me all the information I needed to get this bike home. After all the paperwork was settled I was in the midst of arranging a pickup of the bike. However, to my amazement Richard informs me they have a delivery service. Blown away I was at lost for words. Never have I had a bike delivered to me from a dealer. Had the bike delivered by a gentleman by the name of Roger (I believe that was his name). He had arrived at my house at a scheduled time with an enclosed trailer. Pulls up to my driveway and he unloaded the bike into my garage. The bike was properly strapped down with proper handle bar straps and was very secure. He spent a good deal of time running me through the features of the bike such as maintenance, lights, oil level and basic operation. Once he was confident I understood the basics he was on his way. I’ve purchased 3 bikes in my past. One of which was double the price of this Aprilia and I have never had service this good. The crew here knows how to treat customers and they won’t settle for anything less than perfection. I strongly suggest visiting them for your bikes, parts or maintenance :)

  Really helpful. Went in looking for a set of pipes for a 2000 road star. Sure enough they had old stock and gave me one heck of a deal on the pipes to boot! Definitely recommend shopping here again

  I had a great experience here. Being a small lady, it's hard to find sizes and multiple options in jackets. Alberta Cycle had exactly what I needed! Dan B. Was more than helpful.
