  Their studio is immaculate, their classes and personal sessions are like nothing you will get at your local gym or bootcamp. Chad and Jessica never repeat a workout, they push you, and finesse your form while motivating you to your next personal best level! While you may not know what to expect for your session, you can bet you will walk away feeling accomplished and like you just had the best workout of your life... until your next session with them :) ... where they do it again and again!   A year ago, I was going thru a rough phase with depression. Obesity and high cholesterol added to this made it even worse. Started going for physical fitness classes with Chad & Jessica.
  In 3 months, I lost about 24 pounds which was a huge leap and moral boost.
  Fast forward 1 year later, I have no regrets. I feel stronger physically & mentally. Seeing my progress, a few friends were tempted to join the program.

  When I started looking for a personal trainer I was looking for two things; someone supportive and somewhere that wasn't a gym where everyone could watch you train. Chad and Jessica were the perfect fit! I've only been going to them for a month, but I already feel so much better and have more confidence than I've ever had! I can't wait to continue my journey with them, and I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a personal trainer.
