This review comes after one year stay and I can say this is a very clean apartment. The maintenance was always on time. We had couple of fixture issues right after moving in and all issues we attended immediately. Very family friendly, no nuisances. The friendly lady Maryann in office is there to help you any time. Underground heated car park is an added luxury specially during winter. (For extra fee) When you google you can see location is so good and you are so close to almost every place you need to go in your day to day life.

This was the perfect place for my family and I to stay in Edmonton. Beautifully renovated, spacious and comfortable. The space is perfect compared to other places we checked; we get more room for the same amount we would be paying anywhere else. There are decent number of aboveground parking spots and limited number of paid underground parking (those were a saver during winter times). The buildings are always clean and neighbours are quite and considerate. Building management representative is available all the time in their office to respond to our needs and always responsive. Above all, it is located in a great neighbourhood close to everything you could want within walking distance.

Rent seems very very high for what they are providing. On the plus side, the building is always clean. The location is still separated from amenities by major roads, so it's not pleasant to walk to Currents in Windermere.
