First of all I was pleased when I called Pura Holistic's and heard a cherry positive soft voice on the other end. Michelle was able to book me in on short notice which was great! When I arrived I was welcomed with a smile :) Her office was spa like which immediately made me comfortable and relaxed. She explains every detail and asks questions. You lay on a bed with a heat lamp at your feet (lovely) When I was finished with the flush which took about an hour, I showered. She supplies all natural soaps etc. It didn't hurt, it wasn't too uncomfortable.
