(March 14, 2020, 5:34 pm)overall I was satisfied the service but the wait time was inconveniencing. I had an appointment for 9am and was requested to be there 15 minutes to time, I got there 8:30 was called in 9:15 to have my cloths change to Lab gown but ended up waiting for over 30 minute wearing that gown. I also didn't like that the people I came before got called in before me. I spent almost 2 hour there. My phone was out of reach due to the poor network reception..

(March 6, 2020, 3:51 pm)My experience with the call staff was wonderful, I needed the earliest appointment and surprisingly got the very next day! West end has complimentary parking for customers for 2hrs so that’s handy. They are in the lower level floor (akin to a basement), it’s bright and accessible via elevator if you can’t handle one flight of stairs. The reception staff attended to me promptly and were friendly. My technician (Josh) was very professional, patient and attentive. He explained the procedure and expected length of time. I am happy with the service. Thank you!
