(March 12, 2019, 1:58 am)We had a great experience with STM. The inducer motor went out right in the midst of a cold spell. Shane took the time to explain again to a "furnace illiterate" client.
Rather than repair the furnace, Shane informed us that replacing with a new higher efficiency furnace would make more financial sense. He gave us a great price on a new Lennox LM195 unit...several hundred less than competitors were asking.
Definitely would recommend! -

Update Jan 2019 I initially rated him 5 stars because he provided quick install of AC unit that works very well in summer and saved me from the heat. I’ve revised my review because I paid him in good faith to provide an AC cover which he still hasn’t provided and it’s now been a year and a half since. Should always follow through with customers on promises ! I’ll update this review if he shows up. -

Shenya has just finished installing an air-conditioning unit for me. I found him to be highly professional, approachable, and easy to deal with. He was diligent, kept to his schedule, and was very considerate with our timelines. I found him to be accurate and trustworthy. Would definitely recommend to others and use his services again.
