  What a great company. We ordered GSP units for my company work vans and when I called to book an appointment to have my techs get them installed, I was happy to hear that they could come to us!!! That made the process so much easier and convenient for us. When Mitch showed up he was extremely pleasant and helpful in answering all my questions and gave me all the information I needed to set everything up in the tracking system. If we ever need more GPS units installed, I will be using them again!!
  He even gave me information about a new car starter in my SUV because the factory starter has an extremely limited range, something that I never knew! These guys are awesome!!

  Mitch was very kind and helpful when I called him. He was trying to help me out for my led headlight issue on the phone first, and he squeezed me into his busy busy schedule on the same day the factory bulbs no longer work in my car so we figured it would be best to install HID since i was a big fan off these kits. My car still took some time to fix so I would definitely go back and do a business with him again. Thank you so much Mitch!:)

  My initial dealing with Freeway was easily 5 stars but I am disappointed in my recent dealing with Freeway as they adjusted my remotes/fobs and shortly thereafter the alarm started going off at random times day and night. Calls to Freeway went un-returned and their customer support "help ticket system" brought no response to my issue either. I finally took the vehicle elsewhere to get the fobs reprogrammed.

  Had a car starter installed last month and it works like a charm. My previous starter had significant issues, and Mitch took the time to explain the faults with the previous installation and the reasons why it was not working properly. The car starter that I wanted was outdated on the website, but Mitch provided the next model and matched the advertised price. The removal and installation took a little over an hour and I was on my way. Great place to visit and get service done for your electronic needs.

  I shop at Freeway electronics often for my remote starter and 12 volt accessory needs. Mitch always has lots of great items in stock and is very fair with his pricing. All of his items he sells are very high quality. I have never had an issue with a product I have bought from Freeway electronics. All of his items are high quality with a good warranty to back them. I highly recommend going to see Mitch at Freeway Electronics, he is the go to store in Edmonton for all of your remote start and 12V electronics needs!!
