  My husband Rob and I have been clients of Anna’s both as buyer AND seller. When we listed our house we contemplated self-representation - and then we realized we needed someone to fight for us, make sure we were getting the best deal possible (especially in a buyer’s market) and get the job done.   David really went above and beyond for us as we attempted to sell our house and purchase an acreage property. He offered suggestions and options for houses to view, but allowed us to steer the experience entirely to our needs. Thanks to his patience and his simple explanations, we learned so much about real estate! He was quick to answer our questions and kept us up-to-date throughout the whole process. David is professional, friendly and down-to-earth. One his strongest attributes is his ability to build a relationship based on trust and reliability.   It was a very positive experience to work with David to purchase my new home. I found him to be professional, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with. Moving from out-of-province, I started off looking for a resale home but pivoted to purchase a new build. David was a helpful, understanding guide throughout this journey.
