  One of the only spots I buy my meat from. Friendly employees. Which is some how hard to come by in some grocery stores

  Clean nice place for quick shopping. Staff are friendlier. Fruits & vegetables are fresher maybe a little expensive than other rewards points stores but its a convenient place to go.

  I go mostly in the early mornings, when things are just ramping up. Everyone says hello and asks me if I need help finding something. Every. Single. One. And if I ask to find something, they leave their duties and help me find it.
  
  Their produce aisle is a little lacking compared to other chain grocery stores. I can't put my finger on it, but I always end up going to a second grocery store to find something I need. And I'm talking about western-European foods, not something you should need to go to an Asian market to find.
  
  As a side note, ask your cashier if anything you bought will be on sale in the next week. They have a list of things that will be on sale, and they can tell you to come back for a lower price in a few days.
  
  Otherwise, it's a Sobey's. An average grocery store. Find what you want and go pay for it. The staff are generally better than most grocery staff I have met.

  This is my go-to Sobeys grocery store. Well maintained and a good selection of fresh produce, organic and bulk items. Staffs are always helpful and cordial; shelves are always properly stocked with products and correct pricing. I can find lots of close parking. It's less busy area allowing for a quick and easy checkout.

  Not super busy, has mostly everything you need for groceries. Good location. Signs are easy to read and visible. Spacious between aisles. Had an employee help me in the bakery for a custom ordered cake, he had no idea what he was doing (didn't know prices for anything, didn't know where to find them either, asked me to come back the next day for prices)
