(November 27, 2019, 1:56 pm)This workout was so unique- it’s the first time I have ever truly been coached on run form despite taking lots of run fitness classes in the past, like Orange Theory. This was so much better!! The HIIT portion of the workout was truly high intensity with 45 second intervals- definitely not just weight lifting you could do on your own! Approachable and knowledgeable staff, and clean studio. I’ll be back for sure!

First timers show up early and ask lots of questions! All of the staff are very welcoming and happy to explain how the workouts are formatted. -

The studio is beautiful and welcoming, the workout is a perfect combination of intervals (at your own pace) on amazing Woodway treadmills alternating with HIIT exercises, and the instruction is fantastic. A great workout and I seriously can't recommend this place enough!
