They have good connections with contractors, and a great range of brands they offer. We were impressed that they steered us towards a brand that was better value given our needs as opposed to pushing the most expensive brand on us - they’re definitely experts in their field!

I trust Tracy's design sense, she really knows what she is doing, and she is an excellent communicator, keeping you up-to-date on how your project is progressing. The role of a good designer is to listen to your needs and wishes, understand your budget, and deliver a limited set of choices within those criteria. This is where Tracy really shines. A client does not want to traipse around the city, looking at thousand's of choices. Tracy delivers you the RIGHT choices from a few well thought out designs. Everything works as a whole. You are in good hands with Flawless Interiors!
