  I brought my car in for a recall item and they provided me a loaner car so I could keep moving. It was quick to get the car in and get on my way. They checked a few things and I ended up having them change the oil, my wiper blades and I found the costs to be reasonable (which is important to me). They also figured out how to have the door-locks open when I put the car in park; I could not get it to work with the instructions in the manual and lord knows I tried. They did not charge me for this and I'm sure it was easy for them, but I really appreciated it working as advertised.

  Excellent service and great, honest staff. I have been bringing my Odyssey in for years now, and they have always been very upfront with any work to be done, and you never feel like you're being taken advantage of. Waiting area is comfortable, and I'm usually in and out quickly. Very accommodating when it comes time to make an appointment.

  I want to thank Ken Banks and the rest of the Wheaton Honda team for such a great experience. I went to other dealerships and the salesmen were like vultures. It was so stressful until I walked into Wheaton Honda. Ken Banks was very straight forward and honest. He took the time to explain in detail leasing verses buying. I never once felt any pressure from him. Shannon and James in finance were great too. Everyone at Wheaton Honda was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly . I will definitely tell anyone looking for a vehicle to go to Wheaton Honda.

  Unlike most dealerships, this one stands out for its focus in customer satisfaction. Before purchase, I was given a detailed car-proof report up front, provided a set of new winter tires, and a finance option that worked within my budget. The free oil-changes for life of vehicle was a bonus too.
