  As we approached the coldest days of this winter my pump seal started leaking. I called Sun Ray and they returned my called almost immediately. Don suggested I remove the pump and bring it in and he would repair it within one day. I took it in at 3:30 that afternoon and Don had it repaired for me in 25 minutes! I had the hot tub working before supper and didn't have to face the possibility of a freeze up. Thanks Don and Sun Ray!

  We have been enjoying our Sunray Spas tub for over 10 years. When I needed a new motor this year, Don at Sunray advised me over the phone on troubleshooting, removal and replacement. I am 3 hours outside of Edmonton but feel like a valued local customer at Sunray. Great service, great prices and excellent advice. Highly recommended!

  Excellent service. Needed a replacement part for my pump; they waited around after hours and didn’t even charge me for the part. Certainly would recommend for anyone with questions about their spa/pump

  I have dealt with Sun Ray for years, after using several other unsatisfactory service providers. They are experienced, proactive and thorough. Their service costs are very reasonable, plus they are very responsive and stand behind their work. And they attract good people! The service manager, Don, is first rate. A recent hire, Charles, is terrific. Hard working, knowledgeable, polite and customer focused.
  
  I recommend Sun Ray to you if you need or have a hot tub / spa.
