  I had a positive experience at Sofa Land South Edmonton Common. Susan Parker was excellent throughout the buying process. She provided advice and recommendations based on my lifestyle and preferences. I was able to ask questions without feeling pressured and she was knowledgeable about the options, colours, and prices. Christian, who was in charge of the delivery service, was very professional and quality-focused. He and another worker came to my condo and carried my new sofa up all sets of stairs to my fourth floor unit and set it up!

  Rose helped me tremendously while shopping for my new sectional! They were able to custom order one in the exact colour, style and layout that I was looking for. Pricing was far more reasonable than I was expecting and their warranties definitely helped me feel a little more comfortable with my purchase. Will definitely be back!

  Amazing! Bruce helped us all of the time with everything, he was always making sure we were doing okay and helped us decide too. Very friendly and polite!
  Elegant yet modern furniture and beautiful art pieces. I completely recommend visiting this store. Really great prices compared to other furniture stores that carry similar items.

  First visit to sofa land. For sure won’t be the last and this is a place I’d highly recommend. I think the best way to put it would be, don’t buy a sofa set or a single chair before you at the very least pay them a visit.
  Very nice staff. Helpful, knowledgeable and not in anyway pushy.
  They also seem to have some very unique furniture. They also seem to allow you to buy certain items won’t the colour and leather quality you’d specify.
  
  The missing star is because of pricing. While they do have high quality and some even unique products, I would be very hesitant to describe it as very high end, the pricing though seems to think it is.

  Had the pleasure of sitting with Bruce today. He was excellent in covering all the details we needed but also respectful to allow us to take time to discuss on our own our decision to purchase. This is paramount to us when making a purchase such as this. Bruce was knowledgeable and could speak about this product based on this knowledge and not having to refer to a product sheet which is also important to me as a consumer. I want to know that you are invested in the product. Excellent customer service- looking forward to having our new chairs home.
