  February has lots of sales on. Great price on my Keen Boots, high performance work boots. Lady was knowledgeable and helpful. Good experience would definitely recommend. Also they already have the work boots from Keen that others haven't yet gotten because they are new.

  I've been coming to this store since 2012 for my work boots and the service has always been fantastic. It's so nice to have people who are confident and knowledgeable in the product they're selling. I'm also happy to see that since becoming Reddhart they've started to include more brands for sale.
  
  Yes it's expensive, but thats to be expected for quality work ware. If you want cheap then you can go to Wal-Mart, but your feet will pay the price and you'll end up buying more of the cheap product.
  
  Quality staff and quality product. If you're in the market for work ware check out a store like Reddhart instead of a big box store. The difference is clear.

  Unbelievable customer service! Even through the canada post labour dispute, Graeme emailed me to let me know the boots were shipped, followed up multiple times to keep me aware of the status as if I was his only sale of the week (which I'm sure I wasn't). Gave me options too in case they didn't show up in time.
  I had previously came in and tried on boots so I knew what to order. At that time the staff was super helpful! I stayed in the store for 2 hours trying all kinds of boots. They accommodated every request and threw in a free t shirt when the sale was final on my first pair of boots and leather conditioner on my second pair of boots!
  
  They have other brands than redwings too!
  
  I recommend this location!

  Unbelievable two smart ladies selling amazing rough and touch leather shoes and work wears. Really made on durable and tough material. Both the ladies are very helpful. They answered all my doubts, cleared my concerns. Very patient listening, understanding and replying. These people had a lovely return policy. Wide collection and fantastic prices. I recommend this store for all oil patch and rig workers.

  Fantastic quality, amazing leather works. The steel boots are super strong. Very well crafted. Lovely place to find fine work place shoes. The lady staff is so understanding, pleasing and service oriented. Both the staff members are very service oriented. Excellent customer service.
