Excellent customer service and very friendly staff

Originally was a little skeptical, mainly because of the name. I thought I was going to get someone who spoke little english and just rushed me in and out - surprised to find this was not the case at all. Went in for an eye exam because of some difficulties I've been having - front reception staff was friendly and helpful. I had almost zero waiting time, the optometrist who helped me out did a thorough job and I didn't feel rushed. She answered all my questions. Will definitely be back.

What an amazing place with even more amazing people! I stopped by to get a screw for my glasses, it had just popped out in the parking lot and I couldn't find it. The lovely lady behind the counter not only put in a screw, tightened the other one then cleaned my glasses...and she didn't charge me a thing! Now that is advanced customer service! Good job!
