She takes great pride and genuinely cares about her customers. She remembers all her regulars. You can tell because everyone loves to talk to her. From a business perspective she promotes coffees, coupons and promotional items. She told me once she had to stop promoting because she sold the store out of stock on a new promo item. You can thank her for these sales because all her customers know her, trust her and listen to her. I have never had such great service from a fast food joint.
