  Just wanted to give Daawgs Vape House Millwoods a huge thumbs up. Markus (& Tristan) helped immensely with a few major issues I was having with a recently purchased Orion DNA go.
  
  First device I purchased barely lasted ~2 months before bricking entirely - saw Markus and he helped me into a new one. Followed typical battery procedure (after some research) after using it and allowing it to die the first time I plugged it in to charge - but: my brand new device with less than 75 pulls on it was now also bricked.
  
  I was super frustrated - but realized that ultimately this wasnt on Daawgs to remedy but on Lost Vape themselves; even so I wanted to pick Markus' brain at potential causes and if there was user error or if the device(s) were just duds.
  
  Markus was not only incredibly knowledgable but friendly and wanting to help in any way possible.
  
  After some back and forth on options Tristan chimed in on his recently purchased Smok Nord device and let me hit it to see if I'd be happy. Suffice to say, due to Tristan's recommendation and Markus' input I have since transitioned into the Nord vs gambling on another 100$ DNA go.
  
  Dawgs - you have some incredible employees. Despite being my one stop shop I was hesitant to continue doing business here due to receiving two dud (and quite expensive) devices in such short succession. Due to Markus' knowledge, customer service expertise and general friendliness you have now gained a life long customer - one that will continue to talk about the shop(s) and how fantastic they are strictly on customer service alone.
  
  TLDR; DNA GO device bricks twice, Markus and Tristan suggest the Smok Nord (which is fantastic by the way) and I leave the store happier than ever to be a Daawgs customer.
  
  HIGHLY recommend Daawgs. They never cease to amaze, they are competitively priced and genuinely care about their customers which is absolutely rare in the majority of these other local vape shops.

  Great shop. Been a regular for a while. Had an issue with one of there product and was well taken care of after bringing it to there attention.

  Very good selection of juice. Staff was friendly. Store needs to be cleaned. Floors were terrible.

  Anthony is awesome! He ALWAYS takes the time to answer questions and most importantly, EDUCATE those who are willing to learn.
  The selection of products at this store, far outdoes any store I've visited. I enjoy the atmosphere too.
  Prices are pretty good. If some store is selling their product dirt cheap, I've found that that $value speaks to the quality of the ejuice you're purchasing.
  
  Good job guys! That store was an awesome addition to that crappy plaza.
